The Village Pool Bash ‘13
It’s our biggest event of the year so don’t forget to save the date! Invite your friends, family and co-workers for a day of fun in the sun on Saturday, June 29th from 12pm-3pm.

Need a Garage or
a Storage Unit??
We currently have a few garages and storage units available. Our garages are $100 per month and our storage units range from $15, $35 or $50 depending on what size you need.
They are going fast so we wanted to give our current residents the opportunity to reserve them before they are all gone!! Please contact the leasing office if you are interested.
For the safety and well being of all residents, and in accordance with the Pet Policy and Lexington County Ordinance, please remember that all dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Please also remember to pick up after your pet so that our community stays clean for everyone.

Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw
A little sweet, a little creamy and a little tangy (with a little kick for good measure) - this might just be the perfect coleslaw recipe to make for your summer cookouts!
- 1 large cabbage, cut into thirds
and core removed
- 2 large peeled carrots
- ½ medium sweet onion
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- Cut 2 of the cabbage thirds, onion and carrots into large chunks and place in 12-cup food processor.
- Pulse in food processor until carrots and cabbage are both chopped into small pieces.
- Chop remaining cabbage into larger pieces. Blend all cabbage together in a large bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, sugar, peppers and salt in a small bowl until smooth. Add more or less cayenne to taste.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture.
- Mix well until all cabbage is well coated. Refrigerate at least one hour to let flavors blend.
