Lexington Medical Center has a Terrace Café that features a “Yogen Fruz” frozen yogurt, Starbucks coffee, salad bar, grill and other great places to enjoy if you want to stay close to home and enjoy great food. The café is located in the North Tower and is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am-7:00pm.

Resident Advantage Program (RAP)

Don’t forget that being a resident at Abberly Village has its perks! Simply stop by the office to pick-up your RAP card and start receiving discounts at local restaurants and businesses in the Columbia area!!

Resident Referrals

Help yourself and us by referring people to our community! You will receive $200 off 1 month of rent for every person that you refer that moves in with a 12 month lease or longer.

Pawmetto Lifeline

Through the month of October we will be collecting donations of goods for Pawmetto Lifeline Animal Rescue. Animal Rescue is an enormous undertaking and there are an abundance of supplies needed on a daily basis. The items we will be collecting include: 30 gallon trash bags, canned or dry dog and cat food, bleach, AAA or AA batteries, collars, plastic grocery bags, Dawn dishwashing soap and laundry detergent, postage stamps and many others. You may drop your donations off in the lobby of our leasing office. Overnight Crock Pot Pumpkin Oatmeal

Here is a great recipe to warm you up on a cool fall morning!


  • 1 cup steel cut oats ( you must use steel cut oats because they’re the only kind that will work)
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 2- 15oz. cans pumpkin
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup wate
  • pinch of salt
  1. Coat your crockpot with some non stick spray or butter.
  2. Place all the above ingredients in a bowl and stir together. Then pour mixture in the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.

What’s Happening Around Town

If you are looking for something fun to do during the fall season, Clinton Sease Farm has their annual corn maze open from September 20th through November 17th.
