If you live in an apartment in West Columbia, SC and are trying to find a way to celebrate the Fourth of July, here are a few ideas.
On Saturday, June 30, the Boat Parade at Lake Murray will being at 12:30 pm. The Boat Parade will show over 100 boats of all types, decorated in red, white and blue around the lake.
The Boat Parade begins at Bomb Island. Around 9:15pm, fireworks will begin launching from both Spence & Dreher Islands with prime viewing spots at Dreher Island State Park or the Lake Murray Dam park.
Also, there will be Three Nights of Patriotic Fireworks this weekend at the Cap.
The 5th Annual USC Gamecock baseball alumni game is this Sunday night and it highlights Independence Weekend.
4th of July Fireworks will fill the sky on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at Capital City Stadium.
Saturday July 2nd 7:05pm Blowfish vs Fayetteville/Gates open at 6pm -and kids can play catch with the Blowfish Players from 6pm to 6:30pm Post Game Patriotic Fireworks
Saturday July 3rd 6:05 pm Blowfish vs USC GAMECOCKS Alumni Baseball Team. 5th Annual "GameFish Cup" Blowfish Lead the series 3 game to 1. Gates open at 5pm . Post Game Fireworks will be a tribute the the 2010 USC Gamecock Baseball Team with 2001 leading off the Patriotic Concert in the Sky.
Monday July 4th 6:05pm Blowfish vs Florence Redwolves/gates open at 5pm. Following the game will be the final 4th of July Fireworks Show for the weekend.
