If you live in an apartment in West Columbia, SC you can be Italian for the day on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 11am - 10pm at the Italian Festival and Bocce Tournament.
This event takes place each year in Columbia, SC to increase awareness of the local Italian community, heritage and culture. In downtown Columbia, you can enjoy a day of free entertainment, Italian foods and refreshments, dancing, classic Italian cars, an Italian market, and much more!
Get a partner and enter our Bocce Tournament. Bocce is a game that everyone can enjoy playing or watching. Cash prizes will be given to the top three winning teams.
In addition to celebrating all things Italian, the Italian Festival and Bocce Tournament raises funds for various charities throughout Columbia. Our lodge has contributed to Harvest Hope Food Bank, The Oliver Gospel Mission, Christ Central Mission; paid for Veterans Memorial trips to Washington, DC; and assisted various other humanitarian efforts around the region. A portion of our proceeds is also earmarked to provide college scholarships to worthy students in the Midlands.
