Put in work order for 2nd bathroom commode spraying and leaking around the lid cover and within 4 hours the problem was fixed. Donnie check out the problem and replaced the bowel guts. This was accomplished in a friendly and professional manner thanks again to Donnie for a fast response and completed job in a quick efficient manner. GOOD JOB,THANKS.

I appreciate Ollie's swapping out my old dish washer and replacing it with a new one - he did this work in truly a professional and outstanding manner - his personality and friendly attitude is greatly appreciate and he is deserving with a pat on the back for a completed task with a happy and satisfied resident - deserving of 5 star work.

Another outstanding function at AVC Cinco de Mayo put on by the office staff Mary - Taylor - Courtney and Alli -- the food and beverages were thoroughly enjoyed by all that attended and everyone had a great evening of fun and friendship.

The Valet Service person on 2 January 2018 did an outstanding job. I put out three bags - one I though was over the limit but for them to take all three I was absolutely surprised but they did not leave any nasty note and therefore I feel they should be entitled to a pat on the back for a job well done. Will is so great! Every time we have a problem he knows exactly what to do. He has now repaired our hot water heater, dish washer, washer machine, and windows! He is a pleasure to have in our apartment and is always kind and polite!

Technician is the best at what he is doing

The work order for my garbage disposal and request to change my Air Conditioning filter was submitted just prior to office closing on Monday and the work order was completed by Will first thing on Tuesday. I would like to thank Will for the prompt attention to completing my work order request - it was accomplished in a truly outstanding and professional manner. My hat off to Will I appreciate his quick response - thank him for a quick response and a job well done!!!!

The Technician, Donnie Sadler, Replaced the breaker promptly and got the power flowing quickly.

Problem with heating and air unit - was frozen up - called in am and repairs fixed the same day by noon - was completed by will adams and accomplished in a professional manner left message that he put stop leak in the line - recharge the unit and changed the filter - accomplished in a very short time and the unit now works great appreciate his accomplishment and quick turn around on this problems - my hats off to WILL - supre job completion.

I'm so thankful to live in a complex where issues are fixed so quickly after I call. Great job as always.

Very much appreciate the prompt response to our request. we are new residents and impressed that we were able to report an issue on line in the evening and when we came home the next day, the repair had been done. Service staff was professional and courteous. He fixed the issue right away.

The maintenance crew always does a good job. They do leave a card if no one is home during the repairs, which lets us know the service was done. It was just brought to my attention that the inside of the table tent is filled out with info regarding repairs, we had been unaware of this until last week. The crew usually respond to requests within a day, although some requests have been far from urgent requests. The crew exceeds our expectations and are pleasant.

I had a great experience while I lived at Abberly Villlage. The front office staff and maintenance staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating to my needs as a resident. I would recommend living there to anyone.

Rick Dunbar did an excellent job again. He is polite and helpful. He also befriended my son which has been a big help in getting my son to enjoy this new chapter of our lives away from Charlotte.

The problem with my showers was finally fixed. Great job!

Garbage disposal was initially repaired about a week or so ago. It stopped working again. I notified Property Manager and maintenance staff member returned to my unit to repair in a timely manner.

I was told it could take up to 48 hours to fix my shower drain. Instead, the tech (Curtis) showed up about 20 minutes later and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Not only that, but he discovered a problem with my shower head and vowed to come back today to deal with that.

The service tech was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He did leave a card, however, his signature is difficult to read. His initials are R D. Perhaps his name is Rick Deal? Again, I am having some difficulty with the name, however, the service was impeccable!

Abberly Villiage was a wonderful apartment to live in. The maintance staff was always quick and helpful!

The Ice Cream Social was outstanding especially with all the different toppings available - Angel and Mary did an outstanding job - those that did not attend sure missed out. Again THANKS to ANGEL and MARY for all the work they put into this event.

Very polite and helpful workmen. They were even so kind as to let us borrow a saw to use to put together a piece of furniture. They went above and beyond what we asked of them and it showed us that is was the perfect new home for us.

Work order was placed in the AM on Mon Aug 12 and was completed afternoon on Mon Aug 12- it was completed in a very satisfactory manner and Curtis was very courteous and professional manner. Very happy with the exchange of ceiling lights in the kitchen both long bulbs had just burnt out.

I am a new resident who has lived in apartment homes for the past 10 years. I was amazed at how clean my unit was at move in. It looked as though no one had ever lived in that space. This is the first time I have been able to move in to an apartment without needing to clean anything first. My leasing agent, Ashley, exceeded all of my expectations. I am so proud to call Abberly Village home.

Overall, I am very pleased with living at Abberly Village.

My fiance and I really love living in Abberly Village. We have never lived in an apartment complex before but this place is great. Lawns are kept up well, pool is always nice. Parking lot and clubhouse are always. We have been extremely satisfied with the complex.

When I initially was looking for a place to move I had many options, but one of the things that sold this apartment was the friendly staff. They made my moving process very smooth and stress free. I love that they know me by name, which makes me feel like I'm more than just a "resident" to them. I also love the set up of my apartment and of course the pool!! I am truly glad that I picked Abberly Village as my home! :)

The Administrative Staff in the front office (led by Angel) has been professional and courteous. And attentive to any needs/support I may've requested since my arrival to Abberly. The Village grounds, facilities, and general atmosphere have been excellent. I would recommend Abberly to a friend.
