Naomi Mead
Community Manager
A native of Lexington, SC, Naomi started her career with HHHunt as the Community Manager at Abberly Village in June 2023. She has worked in property management since 2008 in various roles, including several promotions in leadership positions. She has experience working in several markets, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and holds an active SC Property Manager License. Outside of work, Naomi values time with her husband and son. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys kayaking, fishing at the lake, and tending to their animals on their growing farm in Aiken County.
Hayley Dorn
Assistant Community Manager
Hayley began her career with HHHunt in March of 2019. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management. She has worked in customer service for over 5 years and loves working with and meeting new people. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at home with her dogs and cats, and visiting her family in her hometown of Clinton, SC.
Mekia Davis
Leasing Consultant
Mekia joined the HHHunt Team at Abberly Village in May 2023 as a Leasing Consultant after working in the customer service industry since 2013. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and obtained her master’s in business administration at the University of Phoenix. In her free time, Mekia enjoys time with her kids, cooking and baking, and relaxing with a good TV show or movie.
Yasleen Paez
Leasing Consultant
Yasleen began her career as a leasing agent in October 2025 after transitioning from the teaching field. With a strong background in communication and a passion for helping others, she is excited to embark on this new journey in leasing . Yasleen enjoys cooking and exploring different cultures through food, often trying out new recipes inspired by her culinary adventures. In her free time, she loves spending quality moments with her family and fiancé, cherishing the time they share together. Yasleen looks forward to building relationships and making a positive impact in her role.
Kirk Otts
Service Manager
Kirk is a native of Charleston, SC but was raised in Columbia, SC. He began his career with HHHunt in August 2019 but has been in the industry since 2015. Kirk recently achieved his Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician designation through the National Apartment Association and also hold his EPA 608 Universal, CPO, and OSHA-10 certifications. During his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and travel to new places.
Ryan Bennett
Service Technician
A native of West Columbia, SC, Ryan joined the HHHunt team as a Service Technician in May 2025. After spending 15 years in Charleston, he is excited to be back in his hometown. Ryan graduated from Brookland-Cayce High School and obtained a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the College of Charleston. In his free time, he enjoys skateboarding, fishing, exercising and traveling.
James Johnson
Service Technician
James is a native of South Carolina and joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Village in September 2024. He has a background in maintenance and construction and looks forward to his new role. In addition to working at Abberly Village, James is a professional wrestler and co-manages a wrestling school in Irmo, Sc. In his free time, he enjoys going to the movies and spending time with his kids at the park.
Richard Rowe
Service Technician
Richard brings a strong mechanical background with hands-on experience in golf cart and small engine repair. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him drag racing, riding motorcycles, or firing up the grill for a barbecue. He has a passion for learning new things and takes every opportunity to build his skills. With a laid-back and approachable style, Richard enjoys teaching others and passing along what he knows.
